Operational Records. The Franchisee shall maintain the records required to compute all operational and customer service compliance measures outlined in this Franchise to demonstrate that the measures are being met for at least four consecutive quarters. Failure to maintain the records as required herein shall subject the Franchisee to the liquidated damages established in this Franchise Agreement
Operational Records. Upon written request by a County based on credible complaints that this Section 12 has been violated, the Company shall maintain the records required to compute all operational and Customer service compliance measures outlined in this Section 12 to demonstrate that the measures are being met. Upon reasonable written notice to the Company of no less than five (5) business days, the County shall have the right to inspect the Company’s books and records pertaining to Company’s provision of Services in the Counties during normal business hours and on a nondisruptive basis, as are reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Such notice shall specifically reference the section and subsection (if applicable) of this Agreement that is under review, so that the Company may organize the necessary books and records for appropriate access by the County(ies). The Company shall not be required to maintain any books and records for the purposes of complying with this Section 12 longer than the current year plus three (3) years. Nothing in this Section 12 shall be construed to limit the Company’s duties with respect to records set forth in Section 17 of this Agreement. Books and records required to be maintained by the Company upon written request by a County based on credible complaints that this Section 12 has been violated shall include without limitation:
Operational Records. In accordance with Section 5.1 herein, when reasonably required to assess compliance with the terms of this Agreement, within thirty (30) days of a written request, including email, Comcast shall provide the County with copies of documents, records, and other pertinent written materials pertaining to the operation of the Cable System serving the County and related to the compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Such information may include, but is not limited to, Cable System specifications, operating procedures, outage logs, preventative maintenance logs, results of technical performance tests, and trouble call reports.

I3 will provide reasonable access thereto to QTI from time to time upon QTI’s reasonable request.
Operational Records. (a) INIS shall maintain records necessary to evidence compliance with all applicable governmental laws, regulations, and other requirements relating to the manufacture of the Sources. INIS may also retain records with respect to its obligations and performance under this Agreement. INIS will provide reasonable record access to RadQual from time to time upon RadQual's reasonable request.

Operational Records. Upon no less than thirty (30) business days' written notice to the Franchisee, the Town shall have the right to inspect Franchisee's books and records, including electronic books and records, pertaining to Franchisee's provision of Cable Service in the franchise area at any time during normal business hours and on a nondisruptive basis, as are reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with the terms of this Franchise Agreement. Such notice shall specifically reference the Franchisee’s section or subsection which is under review, so that Franchisee may organize the necessary books and records for appropriate access by the Town. Franchisee shall not be required to maintain any books and records for franchise compliance purposes longer than the current year plus three (3) years.
