Operational Policies. Provider shall operate the Veterans Cemetery in accordance with the Board’s Operating Manual, incorporated herein for all purposes as if physically attached.
Operational Policies. 9.1. You and the Resident shall comply at all times with operational policies of the Home. Details of these policies have been supplied to you on admission as you acknowledge. Any changes will be notified to you in writing and shall take immediate effect.
Operational Policies. 65.1 ANAHEIM shall provide a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days' written notice to the AFA of its intent to enact or modify a departmental policy or work rule affecting employees in classifications listed in Appendix "A" of this MOU. Manager will on Owner’s behalf review existing or, with Owner's review and approval, develop and implement new operational policies and procedures to reasonably conform to then-current industry standards in the areas of budgeting, business office management, quality assurance, human resources, dietary and nursing. Operational Policies. The Operational Policies shall at all times (i) be kept in a secure place on the premises of the Franchised Restaurant, and (ii) remain the sole property of Franchisor. Franchisee and Franchisee’s Principals shall at all times ensure that Franchisee’s copy of the Operational Policies is kept current and up-to-date, and in the event of any dispute as to the contents of the Operational Policies, the terms of the version of the Operational Policies maintained by Franchisor at Franchisor’s home office shall be controlling. Franchisee acknowledges that every detail of the Franchised Restaurant is important to Franchisee, Franchisor and other franchisees in order to develop and maintain the high standards and public image of the System, to increase the demand for the products and services sold by all System Restaurants, and to protect Franchisor’s reputation and goodwill. As such, Franchisee agrees to:
Operational Policies. Franchisee shall immediately return all manuals, including the Operational Policies, records, files, instructions, correspondence, all materials related to operating the Franchised Restaurant, and shall retain no copy or record of any of the foregoing, excepting only Franchisee’s copy of this Agreement and of any correspondence between the parties, and any other documents which Franchisee and Franchisee’s Principals reasonably need for compliance with any provision of law;
Operational Policies. Operator shall submit for the Board’s review Operator’s current policies, procedures, protocols, and forms, consistent with all applicable procedural and regulatory guidelines, including those described herein, before the execution of this Agreement. Operator will forward to the Board copies of all plans, policies, and procedures at least annually including, as they are enacted, copies of any supplements, changes, or alterations. Operator shall make any required information available to the Board in portable document format (.pdf) files or any other format agreed upon between the Parties. Operator further agrees to comply with its current procedures for reviewing and updating all plans, policies, procedures, and protocols, which calls for all plans, policies, procedures, protocols, and forms to be reviewed by Operator for regulatory and procedural compliance on an as-needed basis. Any policies, procedures, and forms developed under this Agreement, including any updates, will be the property of the Board and, in the event of the cancellation or termination of this Agreement, will remain so. Operator’s policies, procedures, protocols, and forms not developed under this Agreement remain the proprietary information of Operator and the Board agrees that any request for such policies, procedures, protocols, and forms will be subject to all protections provided to third-party interests under the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552.

Operational Policies. The Operational Commander may implement any operational policies as he determines necessary. Such policies shall be applicable to ACFR personnel and SVRS personnel alike. If a SVRS volunteer violates an operational policy, the Operational Commander may take action as described and authorized in (E)(2)(b) herein.
