Operational Personnel. The FLSA schedule shall consist of 53 hours per week, based on a 21 day cycle totaling 159 hours, at straight time in accordance with Section 7K of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Bargaining Unit members work schedule shall consist of periods of 24 hours on duty, starting at 0800 followed by 48 hours off duty. Bargaining Unit members shall be scheduled 24 hours off duty (a Xxxxx Xxx) every 14th shift. The hourly rate shall be calculated on a 52 hour work week.

Operational Personnel. Operational personnel costs are allowable when the amounts claimed are based upon hourly rates that are reasonable for the services provided and documented by payroll records. Hourly rates will be considered reasonable to the extent that they are consistent with rates paid for similar work in the area in which the sponsor is located. These costs will include those that will be responsible for preparation, delivery, and service of program meals and cleanup, supervision of children during the meal service, and onsite preparation of records required for the program and volunteers. Please note that although volunteers will not be paid for their services, you will need to indicate their time spent on the program to show adequate coverage of your sites.   • Changes to Personnel It will promptly notify Servicer in the event that it undergoes significant management or staffing changes which would negatively impact its ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Operational Control Directing the operation of the Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control to maintain these facilities in a reliable state, as defined by the Reliability Rules. The ISO shall approve operational decisions concerning these facilities, made by each Transmission Owner before the Transmission Owner implements those decisions. In accordance with ISO Procedures, the ISO shall direct each Transmission Owner to take certain actions to restore the system to the Normal State. Operational Control includes security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordination and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Control Areas, voltage reductions and Load Shedding, except that each Transmission Owner continues to physically operate and maintain its facilities.
