Operational and Maintenance Staffing. The Operator shall appoint a sufficient number of employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications to ensure that it is and remains able to discharge all its operational and maintenance obligations in terms of the Orange Line Agreement in a timely and effective manner and to that end shall ensure, at its sole cost and expense, that all its operational and maintenance employees undergo the necessary ongoing training and/or instructions and evaluations to ensure compliance with the applicable standards.

  • Network Maintenance and Management 36.1 The Parties will work cooperatively to implement this Agreement. The Parties will exchange appropriate information (for example, maintenance contact numbers, network information, information required to comply with law enforcement and other security agencies of the Government, escalation processes, etc.) to achieve this desired result.
