Operation and Maintenance Training. Prior to Material Completion, the Contractor shall furnish advance copies of proper written instructions to the Owner on operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and other operating systems and equipment. The Contractor shall provide training in the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and other operating systems and equipment in the presence of the Design Professional to Owner and shall give notice in writing to the Design Professional and Owner at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date it is proposes for the training. The presence of a Commissioning Authority shall not diminish the responsibility of the Contractor to perform and administer this Operation and Maintenance Training.

Operation and Maintenance Training. Consultant shall provide instruction to District’s staff in the design intent for operation of the equipment provided under this Project. This instruction will cover both the basic operational concept and actual operation and control of the systems and components under both normal and abnormal operations that are likely to occur. District will coordinate the services of qualified representatives from equipment manufacturers. Consultant shall conduct the following training sessions: overall project, biofilter, dry media scrubber, alum pumps (one session) and HES prior to startup. Consultant shall provide approximately ten training sessions, two for each training session topic, of up to two hours each and shall include design intent for operation and maintenance of the facility and SCADA training by District’s software contractor. Consultant shall provide up to four hours of follow-up training approximately six months after final completion.

  • Operations and Maintenance Pursuant to Section 10.5 of this Agreement, Developer shall pay the reasonable expenses (including overheads) for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and incremental operating and maintenance expenses incurred in association with System Upgrade Facilities, if and to the extent provided for under Attachment S. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area.   • Installation, Inspection, and Maintenance The Contractor is responsible for installation and maintenance of the BMPs as a part of its Bid. The Design Professional shall obtain the services of a qualified testing laboratory to inspect the BMPs in accordance with the permits, the costs of such inspections to be borne by the Owner. In the event of Abnormal Weather Conditions or force majeure, the Contractor shall be compensated for re-installation of BMPs at established Unit Prices.

  • Operating and Maintenance Costs The Participating Generator shall be responsible for all its costs incurred in connection with operating and maintaining the Generating Units identified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of meeting its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.
