Operating Times. The Company’s operation time for the Company’s Online System is round–the–clock from Sunday 23:59:59 GMT+2 through Friday 23:59.59 GMT on any Business Day.
Operating Times. Operators agree not to schedule glacier flightseeing tour departures before 7:30 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. and to complete all tour flights by 9:00 p.m. Operators agree to minimize tour support operations out- side these hours. Non-tour operations will occur outside these hours as our community is uniquely dependent on commercial fixed wing and helicopter operations. Operators agree to take the same care to minimize their impacts during non-tour flight operations.

  • Starting Times Each site principal with input from the leadership team shall determine the starting times for staff members within legal requirements and exactly equal to the work day as set forth in Article 8.1.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • Training Time When an employee is ordered by the County to attend training, the time spent in training shall be counted as hours worked. Training which takes place during off-duty hours with attendance voluntary is not hours worked.

  • REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any xxxxxx after being hired and/or reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided or due to climatic conditions, shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report. The foregoing provisions shall apply to Saturday, Sunday, holidays and shift work at the applicable rate of pay. Employees who commence work shall receive the greater of reporting time or actual time worked.

  • Meeting Times ‌ Meetings shall be held at least quarterly, but no more than monthly, at a time that is convenient for both Parties.

  • Current Operating Areas Where logging or road construction is in progress but not completed, unless agreed otherwise, Purchaser shall, before opera- tions cease annually, remove all temporary log culverts and construct temporary cross drains, drainage ditches, dips, berms, culverts, or other facilities needed to control erosion. Such protection shall be provided, prior to end of a Normal Operating Season, for all disturbed, unprotected ground that is not to be disturbed further prior to end of operations each year, including roads and associated fills, tractor roads, skid trails, and fire lines. When weather permits operations after Normal Operating Season, Pur- chaser shall keep such work on any additional disturbed areas as up to date as practicable.
