Common use of Operating Schedule Clause in Contracts

Operating Schedule. If an operator is regularly assigned to a machine from Monday through Friday in a given week and productive work is required on Saturday, Sunday or designated holiday of that week, such operator will be assigned to such particular machine for such Saturday, Sunday or holiday work. The regular operator will also work any authorized overtime work through the week. BULLETIN BOARD: Notices may be posted with prior consent of the Employer.
