Operating Protocols. (a) The Company has established certain operating protocols that are consistent with the OATT.
Operating Protocols. In order to assist the development of the operating procedures, the Company shall prepare and on signing of this agreement deliver to the operating committee, proposed protocols for the operation of the Facility and its interface with the JPS Interconnection Facilities.
Operating Protocols. Within five (5) Business Days following the date hereof, Purchaser shall (a) adopt Seller’s Operating Protocols, with modifications to such protocols only to (i) replace references to Seller with references to Purchaser and (ii) update contact information contained in such protocols, including new OSROs that the Purchaser may designate, and (b) file such adopted operating protocols with the USCG as necessary or otherwise directed by the USCG.
Operating Protocols. The Parties to the Agreement to which this exhibit is attached are responsible to comply with all of the following protocols before, during and after use of each other’s facilities designated in Exhibits “A” and “B.” Failure to comply with such protocols may be considered to be a material breach of the agreement to which this exhibit is attached. Updates to these protocols may be made at any time if agreed to in writing by both the Superintendent or designee and the Director, Parks and Recreation or designee. Before entering a facility, all individuals should answer the following self-assessment questions at home each morning prior to departure:
Operating Protocols. The Operating Protocols are any protocols that the Parties develop pursuant to Section 4.3 of this Agreement to implement the Parties’ responsibilities as delineated in the CFR Form and this Agreement.
Operating Protocols. The Parties shall develop and maintain Operating Protocols in addition to the CFR Form that provide for specific data transfers, and other operational requirements that the Parties mutually agree are necessary to carry out the delineation of compliance responsibilities set forth in this Agreement and the CFR Form, when the need for such additional Operating Protocols is identified. The CFR Form only may be revised pursuant to Section
Operating Protocols. The Parties, through their respective Contract Administration Representatives, may from time to time agree upon operating protocols, procedures, practices or guidelines (“Operating Protocols”), not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, for the purpose of facilitating administration of this Agreement and the carrying out of the Marketing Services. The Parties mutually undertake good faith efforts to develop and agree upon by three months prior to the Supply Start Date an initial Operating Protocol to guide all operational matters under this Agreement.
Operating Protocols. The goal ofthe Waimea water systems is to preserve the life ofthe streams and their aquatic resources while allowing for agricultural and renewable energy uses to co-exist with the streams. In the operation ofthese systems the intent is to have instantaneous daily decisions made on where the water in any given stream would go between the streams and the ditches:
Operating Protocols. Pursuant to and in accordance with the Operating Agreement between Michigan Electric Transmission Company ("MICHIGAN TRANSCO") and Consumers Energy Company ("CONSUMERS") entered into concurrently herewith, the Parties agree to the following Operating Protocols.
