Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries in any Fiscal Year.
