Common use of Operating Instructions Clause in Contracts

Operating Instructions. Subject to clause 9.3, you authorise us to allow any one of you to operate your facility accounts by written instructions by StarNet. Please see clause 12 for more details on operating your facility accounts by StarNet. You agree that any one of you can bind all of you. For example, any one of you can ask us to debit a facility account or to make any other transaction in respect of a facility account. Each of you will be liable even if any of you did not know about or did not agree to the transaction.
