Common use of Operating Hours Clause in Contracts

Operating Hours. Company shall operate the Concession on the Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; open two hours prior to the first departure and remain open until the last departure, which is likely to be from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven (7) days per week or such other hours as the Chief Executive Officer may require from time to time (which may be twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week) throughout the term hereof, to provide a high level of service to the traveling public.

Operating Hours. Company shall operate the Concession on the Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; open two , beginning 2 hours prior to the first daily departure and remain open continuing until the last daily departure, which is likely to be typically from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 10:00 p.m., seven (7) days per week or such other hours as the Chief Executive Officer may require from time to time (which may be twenty-twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week) throughout the term hereof, to provide a high level of service to the traveling public.

Operating Hours. Company shall operate the Concession on the Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; open two hours prior to the first departure and remain open until the last departure, which is likely to be from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven (7) days per week or such other hours as the Chief Executive Officer may require from time to time (which may be Agreement twenty-–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week) , or such other hours as the Executive Director may require from time to time throughout the term hereof, to provide a high level of service to the traveling public.

Company shall operate the Concession on the Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; open two Agreement beginning 2 hours prior to the first departure flight each day and remain open continuing until the last departure, which is likely to be from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., flight each day seven (7) days per week or such other hours as the Chief Executive Officer may require from time to time (which may be twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week) throughout the term hereof, to provide a high level of service to the traveling public.

Company shall operate the Concession on the Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; open two , beginning 2 hours prior to the first departure each day and remain open until the last departure, which is likely to be from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven (7) days per week throughout the Term hereof, which is anticipated as approximately 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., or such other hours as the Chief Executive Officer may require from time to time (which may be twenty-twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week) throughout the term Term hereof, to provide a high level of service to the traveling public.
