Operating and Maintenance Charges. The PARTICIPATING PARTIES shall pay all costs necessary to connect a NON-CONSENT WELL to the FACILITIES and that proportionate part of the expense of operating and maintaining the platform and other FACILITIES applicable to the NON-CONSENT WELL, including the cost of insurance thereon or in connection therewith, whether by insurance policy of self-insurance by each PARTY for its interest or by OPERATOR for the joint account. Platform operating and maintenance expenses shall be allocated equally to all completions served and operating and maintenance expenses for the other FACILITIES shall be allocated equally to producing completions.
Operating and Maintenance Charges. The Participating Parties shall pay all costs necessary to connect a Non-consent Well to the Platform and/or Development Facilities and that proportionate part of the costs of operating and maintaining the Platform and/or Development Facilities applicable to the Non-consent Well. Platform operating and maintenance costs that are costs not directly attributable to a wellbore shall be allocated equally to all actively producing Completions. Operating and maintenance costs for the Development Facilities shall be allocated on a volume throughput basis, that is, in the proportion that the volume throughput of the well bears to the total volume throughput of all wells connected to the Development Facilities. Operatixx xxd maintenance expense for support facilities (e.g., electrical systems and living quarters which do not handle production) shall be allocated by applying a usage basis appropriate for that support facility.
Operating and Maintenance Charges. If a Party takes its share of production in kind under Article 15 (Disposition of Hydrocarbon Production), that Party shall advise the Operator (in writing on or before the tenth day of the month following the month in which the Hydrocarbon production is sold or used off the premises) of the volumes of Hydrocarbons sold or used off the premises and the prices received for those Hydrocarbons so that the Operator may calculate the balance of any Hydrocarbon Recoupment amounts. The calculation of the balance of Hydrocarbon Recoupment shall be accomplished as follows: [Select one of the following.] ☐ The Operator shall prepare the monthly statement of the quantities of oil and gas produced and saved, and the amounts of the proceeds from the sale of all Non-Participating Parties’ relinquished production based on the proceeds received for the Operator’s share of production. When Operator’s payout calculation indicates that payout has occurred, the Operator shall promptly notify all Parties. The Participating Parties shall then provide the Operator all information pertaining to the cumulative proceeds received from the sale of the Non-Participating Parties’ relinquished production. The Operator shall revise the payout date using the actual proceeds from the sale of the Non-Participating Party’s relinquished production and administer subsequent adjustments between the Parties. ☐ Each Party who bears a portion of the Non-Participating Interest Share shall maintain the balance of the Hydrocarbon Recoupment attributable to the Non-Participating Interest Share borne by that Party and shall advise the Operator and Non-Participating Parties when Complete Recoupment has been reached.

Operating and maintenance Costs for the Facilities shall be allocated to each well served in the proportion that the volume throughput of the well bears to the total volume throughput of all xxxxx handled by the Facilities.

Platform and Facilities operating and maintenance expenses shall be allocated in proportion to the producing well count during a calendar month as it relates to the total number of wxxxx producing from such Platform during such calendar month. For the purpose of this provision, a producing zone or each completion in a multi-completed well shall be considered as a separate well.
