Tenderers wishing to attend are requested to notify their intention by sending an e-mail at least 2 working days in advance to the above-mentioned e-mail address. This notification must be signed by an authorised representative of the tenderer and specify the name of the person who will attend the opening of the bids on the tenderer's behalf.

  • Opening of Tenders 2.20.1The Procuring entity will open all tenders in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend, on Friday 6th August 2021 at 10:00 am EAT and in the location specified in the Invitation to Tender.
