Common use of Opening of Tenders Clause in Contracts

Opening of Tenders. 27.1 Tenders will be opened in public session on the date and time indicated in the timetable at Clause 2 (or as otherwise specified in accordance with Clause 11.1 and/or 24.1) at the Department of Contracts, Notre Dame Ravelin, Floriana, FRN 1600, Malta by the General Contracts Committee. They will draw up a ‘Summary of Tenders Received’ which will be published on the notice board at the Department of Contracts and shall also be available to view on the Department’s website, xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
