Opening of Technical Bids. Envelope-A Containing Technical bid will be opened in IIDL-Suites new Delhi, A-4, District Centre, Xxxxx Vihar Delhi 110091 on 10.11.2021 at 3 p.m. by the Tender Committee. IIDL shall evaluate the technical bid to pre-qualify the bidders in the presence of nominee of the bidders shall carry out the identity card dully signed by the authorized signatory of the bidder.

Opening of Technical Bids. The ‘Technical Bids’ will be opened on the specified date and time, in the e-procurement portal. Technical bids will be evaluated first and financial bids of only those whose technical bids are found responsive will be opened and further evaluated. The Financial Bids shall remain unopened, until the subsequent opening, following the evaluation of the Technical Bids.
Opening of Technical Bids. Board of Officers (TEC : Tender Evaluation Committee ) duly constituted by the PCDA(Pension) Allahabad will open all technical bids in the first instance, if the EMD is submitted as per requirement in the presence of bidders‟ representatives, who choose to attend, at the time, and date specified in the „Invitation for Bids‟.   • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.
