Common use of Opening of Bids Clause in Contracts

Opening of Bids. 21.1 The UNDP will open all bids in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives who choose to attend, at the time, on the date, and at the place specified in Section 2, Bid Data Sheet, of this Solicitation Document.
