Opening Assistance. Franchisor will assist in scheduling the opening of the Store. Franchisee will not open or commence business operations until Franchisor has approved the opening. Franchisor will, at no charge, provide at least one (1) person to assist Franchisee with the opening of the Store for at least two (2) days around the time of opening. If Franchisee is opening its second or subsequent Store, Franchisee will provide this assistance only at Franchisee's request.

Opening Assistance. If you (or any of your Affiliates) have not previously owned or managed a Noodles & Company Restaurant, we will provide you with such opening operational assistance as we deem appropriate to assist you in starting your operations, including on-site opening assistance for not more than five (5) days, as scheduled by us, to include up to three (3) persons at your Noodles & Company Restaurant for the first Restaurant you open (or 15 person day equivalents, at our discretion) and up to two (2) persons at your Noodles & Company Restaurant for not more than two (2) days, as scheduled by us, for the second Restaurant you open (or 4 person day equivalents, at our option). Should you request or Noodles & Company deem additional days of training support is necessary, you agree to pay for such training plus all associated costs, including fully-burdened salaries and expenses for days or hours of such training, travel and lodging costs, meals, etc., or the then current amount set forth in the then-current Operations Manual.
Opening Assistance. Franchisor shall provide one (1) representative to provide such 11 [City, State] Franchise on-site opening assistance and supervision as Franchisor deems necessary for a period of seven (7) to ten (10) days, at no charge to Franchisee. If Franchisor determines, in its sole discretion, that Franchisee requires any additional opening assistance or if Franchisee requests such assistance, Franchisor reserves the right to charge an additional fee for such assistance, in addition to obtaining reimbursement for related travel, meals and lodging expenses.
Opening Assistance. Before and in connection with the initial opening of the SHOP, SHOPPE COMPANY shall, at no charge, provide FRANCHISEE with such pre-opening and opening assistance and guidance as SHOPPE COMPANY deems appropriate. Opening Assistance. (a) The Company will furnish the Franchisee with advice and assistance in managing and operating a XXXXXX'X GRILL RESTAURANT, including periodic visits by the Company's representatives. In addition, at Franchisee's request, the Company will provide an opening team of two to four various individuals who will be physically present for up to ten (10) consecutive days, in order to assist in the opening of Franchisee's Restaurant. During this ten day period, the Company shall be responsible for the individual's cost of travel, lodging and salary; however, Franchisee shall be responsible for providing two meals in the Restaurant per day once the kitchen is operating, to each member of the opening team. Any further assistance shall be at Franchisee's sole expense, which could include, but is not limited to, an individual's salary, lodging, transportation, meals, and workers compensation insurance. Individuals may be substituted by others due to scheduling conflicts, and further opening assistance is in the Company's sole discretion.
Opening Assistance. After the FRANCHISEE and the FRANCHISEE'S District Manager have successfully completed WCH'S training program, WCH will assist the FRANCHISEE in scheduling the initial opening of the FRANCHISEE'S We Care Hair Business. WCH will provide, at its cost, a representative for not less than five (5) business days at the Franchised Location, who will provide opening assistance which will include training the FRANCHISEE'S We Care Hair staff in daily operational procedures, customer relations, haircutting techniques, permanent waving, tanning, nail care, product knowledge and other areas selected by WCH. The FRANCHISEE will not open and commence initial business operations until WCH has given the FRANCHISEE written approval to open the FRANCHISEE'S We Care Hair Business.
Opening Assistance. After the FRANCHISEE and the FRANCHISEE'S District Manager have successfully completed CITY LOOKS' training program, CITY LOOKS will assist the FRANCHISEE in scheduling the initial opening of the FRANCHISEE'S City Looks business. CITY LOOKS will furnish a representative for not less than five (5) business days at the Franchised Location, who will provide opening assistance which will include hairstylist training, daily managerial and operational training and other areas selected by CITY LOOKS. The FRANCHISEE will not open and commence initial business operations until CITY LOOKS has given the FRANCHISEE written approval to open the FRANCHISEE'S City Looks business. The FRANCHISEE will schedule the "Grand Opening" for its City Looks business within two (2) weeks after the FRANCHISEE commences initial business operations.

Opening Assistance. We will provide to you, at your Store, and at our expense, for a period of time ranging from 5 to 15 days, as determined by us in our sole discretion, 1 of our representatives for the purpose of providing general assistance and guidance in connection with opening and the day-to-day operations of the WOB Store (the "Opening On-Site Assistance"). Such assistance shall take place immediately prior to and after commencement of operation of the WOB Store or as otherwise agreed upon by you and us. Should you request additional assistance from us in order to facilitate the opening of the Store, and should we deem it necessary and appropriate to comply with such request (and subject, at all times, to the availability of our personnel), we will provide such additional on-site assistance at our then-current standard rates, plus expenses. If the initial week's sales volume and demands of the Store are determined to exceed the capabilities of the Operating Manager and employees, a member of our staff, or our designee, will be furnished to assist the operations of your WOB Store for such period of time as we determine appropriate, in our sole discretion. You must pay us our then-current standard rates, plus expenses, for this additional on-site training and support.
