Common use of Open Market Transactions Clause in Contracts

Open Market Transactions. You agree not to bid for, purchase, attempt to induce others to purchase, or sell, directly or indirectly, any Units, except as brokers pursuant to unsolicited orders and as otherwise provided in this Agreement or in the Underwriting Agreement. You further agree not to offer the Units for sale until notified by us, as the Representative of the Underwriters, that they are released for that purpose.
