Open Houses. In the greater Puget Sound Region the NWMLS does not allow advertising of open houses in the MLS database unless a licensed broker hosts the open house. This rule does not prevent MLS4OWNERS customers conducting open houses or advertising them in other ways. Open houses in other regional multiple listing services (Vancouver, Yakima, Spokane, Tri-Cities) can be published in the local MLS and syndicated to real estate broker websites.

Open Houses. Teachers shall attend a fall Open House in September or October lasting no more than two (2) hours. Additionally, high school teachers shall attend a second semester Open House in the months of January or February lasting no more than two (2) hours. During the month of the second semester Open House, one of the two faculty meetings may be canceled, or, if held, must not exceed thirty (30) minutes.

Only one stipend shall be paid to an individual teacher. It is the teacher’s responsibility to submit a timesheet to the supervisor within 60 days of attendance to the High School’s Back-to-School Night or partner school open house night. The foregoing applies solely to open houses and does not make mandatory any other evening or weekend meetings and/or activities except as mandated by this contract.
