Your organization will abide by any such request that their minor swimmer will not be contacted via electronic communication, or included an any social media post, absent emergency circumstances. HOURS Electronic Communication must only be sent between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, unless emergency circumstances exist, or during competition travel.
