Common use of Ontario Human Rights Code Clause in Contracts

Ontario Human Rights Code. 4.02 The Employer and the Union agree there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, coercion, exercised or practised by any of their representatives with respect to nurses because of the nurse's membership or non-membership in the Union and there will be no Union activity, solicitation for membership or collection of dues on the Employer’s premises except with the written permission of the Employer or as specifically provided for in this Agreement.
