Onsite Training. Remote Technical support Dialogic can make its professional, trained technical personnel available to the Customer on a time-based arrangement. Dialogic’s technical personnel can support Customer in operating Dialogic products and configuring such products per Customer needs. With increased product expertise, Customer’s technical personnel will gain experience and knowledge on how best to utilize its network. Dialogic technical personnel are available onsite or are fully dedicated to the Customer remotely. Onsite support is only available for a minimum package of up to 3 days onsite with option for an extension.
Onsite Training. Onsite training is not offered by Company but may be available from one or more dealers.
Onsite Training. For any cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled onsite training, Granicus, at its sole discretion, may invoice the Client for one hundred (100) percent of the purchased training costs and all travel expenses, including any incurred third party cancellation fees. Subsequent training will need to be purchased and scheduled at the previously quoted pricing.
Onsite Training. If onsite training is included as part of the website project, Tempest will provide training to the Client’s staff at the Client’s business location, covering the features, use and other information regarding Website Project. For onsite training the Client will be billed the cost of travel (“Travel Expenses”). Limitation on Training - Each training session is limited to 10 staff members per trainer.
Onsite Training. Upon company request, conduct training sessions in field of Interventional cardiology at Physician’s facility for participants selected by company. An Onsite Training session shall include the following. • Active participation by the Physician in the demonstration/performance of the procedure. • Discussion on pre-op and post-op x-rays • Share his/her experience, knowledge and skills of managing any complexities • Surgical tips and pearls, do’s and don’ts to be exchanged • Surgeon to share his/her own surgery videos for teaching purpose • Participants should not be allowed to perform surgery in OT AND
Onsite Training. Vendor agrees to provide onsite training of the CCM software.
Onsite Training. Customer is responsible for providing appropriate training facilities for the training delivery, including without limitation Internet connectivity, student access to a Demo Account to which Customer may be granted access (pursuant to Section 3.3 above Access to Demo Account), projector, student computers and other reasonable classroom amenities. If CG2 utilizes a third-party training room for onsite training, Customer is responsible for the training room and associated costs.
Onsite Training. Onsite training is billed at a day rate. A ‘day’ is defined as a standard business day of at most 8 hours (excluding a meal break). Hours beyond that definition will be billed additionally at current after-hours consulting rates. Airfare or equivalent travel for Onsite Training is billed separately, as incurred by Curve. Client is responsible for non- refundable airfare fees and one day of services fees for all services cancelled or rescheduled less than 7 days prior to the start of the services.
