Onsite Services. Health Care Onsite Services include, in addition to the services detailed in the Offender Health Services Plan:
Onsite Services. To the extent any of the Services will be provided by Service Provider onsite at a Buyer facility, (i) Service Provider represents that it has had the opportunity to examine the conditions over, in, and under the area where the Services are to be performed before acknowledgment and acceptance of the Agreement and agrees not to make a claim for extra expenses or otherwise as a result of any onsite conditions, (ii) Service Provider shall comply with, and ensure that all Service Provider personnel comply with, all rules, regulations, and policies of Buyer that are communicated to Service Provider, including security procedures and general health and safety practices, procedures, and requirements, and (iii) Service Provider shall at all times keep Buyer’s facilities clean and leave them in good order and condition.
Onsite Services. Health Care provided for TDCJ offenders "onsite" at those TDCJ Units, including infirmary care at those TDCJ Units with infirmary care.
Onsite Services. All Quickstart Services provided under this Schedule E shall be provided remotely. In the event that Customer requests Anchore to provide, and Anchore agrees to provide, additional Quickstart Services issues onsite at Customer’s facilities, such onsite Quickstart Services will be set forth in an SOW and charged on a time and materials basis at Anchore’s then-current rates for each. To ensure Anchore’s availability to provide any such onsite Quickstart Services that Anchore agrees to provide, Customer must schedule such onsite Quickstart Services at least 3 weeks in advance of the requested service date.
Onsite Services. Customer shall provide such access to Customer’s facilities as Peak-Ryzex may reasonably request, during Customer’s normal business hours or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Peak-Ryzex shall observe all reasonable access, health, safety and security requirements of Customer of which Peak-Ryzex is informed in writing in advance and that are not inconsistent with Peak-Ryzex’s own business practices. Customer shall make available to Peak-Ryzex appropriate Customer personnel familiar with Customer’s equipment, software and/or applications. Except as set forth in an Attachment, any Services provided by Peak-Ryzex at a Customer location will be provided on a time and materials basis. A “day” is an eight (8) hour billable workday during 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local time at the location of performance of the Services, Monday through Friday, excluding Peak-Ryzex designated holidays. In the event that Customer requests Peak-Ryzex perform Services outside of these hours or days, fees for such Services shall be subject to Peak-Ryzex’s then-current applicable rates. Associated actual and reasonable expenses include travel, lodging and project expenses incurred by Peak-Ryzex in the performance of the Services.
Onsite Services. 3.5.1 Units, as defined below, are exclusive of travel. Customer will be responsible for any local travel or nonlocal travel costs that provider incurs (to include reasonable handling fees) in performance of the Onsite Services.
Onsite Services. You agree to provide full access to device(s), that are to be serviced and that power, network connectivity and a safe climate controlled work environment is provided along with full co- operation and access to enter your home or business to perform services. A person of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire period. If no adult is present when our technician arrives services will be denied, a cancellation charge equal to one hours work onsite, along with a travel fee(s) will be assessed.
Onsite Services. Integrator will offer onsite support services, with a minimum of four hour response, to its End User.
Onsite Services. Where the Services require access to Customer’s facilities, (i) Customer will grant OPAQ and its agents and contractors access to and use of Customer’s facilities to the extent reasonably necessary for the testing, installation, connection, removal, and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and systems relating to the Services; and (ii) Customer agrees to reimburse OPAQ for all actual travel and related expenses incurred by OPAQ in providing Services at such facilities.
Onsite Services. All TAE Services are provided remotely.
