Common use of Online Training Clause in Contracts

Online Training. ‌ When the Employer requires employees to complete a specific online training course outside their normal working hours, they shall be paid at time and one-half (150%) for the reasonable time allocated by the Employer to take the training. Payment will be made following completion of all modules of the training course. The window to complete such training will be at least ninety (90) days, unless, due to the nature of the training, a shorter window is mutually agreed between the parties. It is understood that New Operator Training does not apply to this section and Article M 3.03(5) does apply to this section.
