Online Training. If Smartsheet makes training content available to Customer via an online portal (“Training Resources”), Smartsheet hereby grants Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Training Resources during the Term for Customer’s own business purposes. Training Resources are not part of the Subscription Service and the content of Training Resources is subject to change at Smartsheet’s sole discretion.
Online Training. If your licence includes a free right to use our online training:
Online Training. When the Employer requires employees to complete a specific online training course outside their normal working hours, they shall be paid at time and one-half (150%) for the reasonable time allocated by the Employer to take the training. Payment will be made following completion of all modules of the training course. The window to complete such training will be at least ninety (90) days, unless, due to the nature of the training, a shorter window is mutually agreed between the parties. It is understood that New Operator Training does not apply to this section and Article M 3.03(5) does apply to this section.
Online Training. 17.2.1 The Association agrees to participate in ongoing University sponsored programs which discuss the problems inherent in such relationships. All adjunct professors shall attend one such program or seminar.
Online Training. The Board shall allocate time (equal to or greater than suggested time requirements) to complete online training.
Online Training. The Parties agree to include the following in the 2023 Guidance Side Letter: The Board shall issue guidance stating that when a school secretary is granted approval to participate in online training, the secretary must be provided with appropriate time and space (outside of the main office, at the secretary’s option) during the workday to participate in the training. Training Revise Paragraph 29 of the 2018 MOA as follows: The UFT and Board ("DOE") will establish a labor management committee consisting of equal numbers of members to plan to provide training for school secretaries in current DOE systems, new systems as they are released, programs and platforms pertaining to secretaries’ day-to-day work, and other matters as determined by the committee. Such training can be in person or online and the content will be uniform systemwide. The DOE will provide the uniform systemwide training on Election Day and a day in the spring. As necessary and appropriate, the DOE will have representatives of the DOE offices of Human Resources, Financial Operations or Field Support Services (or their equivalent offices) attend. The committee will meet monthly as part of the monthly consultation meeting. Training for Newly Hired Amend Paragraph 29 of the 2018 MOA to include:

Online Training. NEOGOV will deliver online training videos to Agency recruiters. We will provide all required user exercises and user guides to the Agency. Following the training, your agency will have full access to the training environment. Additionally, your agency has full access to our Customer Support Help Desk during the training to help new users fully utilize Insight. Our existing customers find that this unique implementation approach enables their users to become familiar with Insight in a safe environment, promoting system use and leading to a more successful rollout.
Online Training. All online training and in-services shall normally be provided to employees during their regularly scheduled working hours. All time spent doing online training and attending an in-service shall be paid at the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate times the hours spent attending such training. When online training is completed at home, the Manager will verify the completion of training prior to payment.
Online Training. AIT shall provide free online training to users upon request. Training programs range from practical, hands-on training courses in basic and advanced financial and money laundering investigations. All courses will be customized based on the Miami-Dade Police Department’s needs.
