Online Store. From time to time Autodesk may allow VAR to act as its non-exclusive agent in sales to Autodesk direct online store customers, for the pre and post sale support of Autodesk products in VAR’s territory for software products for which VAR is currently authorized. VAR may receive a commission based on receipt and approvals by Autodesk of all back up documentation from VAR evidencing its performance of Value Added Services to the respective End User.
Online Store. Section 1(s) of the Agreement is amended by adding the following language to the end of the definition of “Online Store” prior to the period therein: “, and in the case of Movies made available by CDD pursuant to this Agreement for distribution in Latin America, “Online Store” shall mean the applicable version of the Online Store for the particular country in Latin America; and in the case of Movies made available by CDD pursuant to this Agreement for distribution in Brazil, “Online Store” shall mean the applicable version of the Online Store for Brazil.”
Online Store. The Silhouette Online Store provides additional downloadable content from not only Silhouette America, but also a variety of independent artists and contributing companies. The Silhouette Online store can only be accessed from within the Silhouette Studio software and requires an Internet connection. The Silhouette's "Purchase Online" shopping section is accessible at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While images may be purchased individually to customize your library experience, subscription options are also available for a monthly fee. Further information on subscriptions may be found in the Silhouette Online Store. All images are provided with the following benefits: You may download images using any major credit card, through download cards, or by using subscription credits Indefinite usage (you do not have to be connected to the Internet to access once purchased) Recoverable (in case of computer crash or replacement) Resizable and customizable to your specifications (using Silhouette Studio tools discussed in previous sections) Download Cards Silhouette America offers download cards which provide download credit valid toward any of the store’s download content you may wish to purchase and add to your library. You will find two codes on the back of each card. In the lower right-hand corner is the card's identification number. Behind the silver security strip is the actual download code. It is a 16-digit code. Logging into the Store Upon accessing the Silhouette Online store by clicking on the Silhouette Online Store button, you will be brought to the store’s homepage. You may sign in, or sign up for an account if you do not already have one created, by clicking on the link in the upper right-hand corner noting that “You are not signed in”. To create an account, you will need to provide your name, your email address (which will be your log-in name), and any desired password. My Account Options Once logged into your account, you will find a link in the upper right-hand corner called My Account which will provide you with tools to manage your account. You will have the following options: Change My Account Information – This will allow you to alter your email and password. My Download History – This will allow you to view a copy of all orders placed. When viewing specific orders, you may also opt to recover a specific order if there was any break in connection during the download process.

  • Signage All signs, notices and graphics of every kind or character, visible in or from public corridors, the Building Common Area or the exterior of the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to Landlord’s prior approval of the plans and specifications thereof (including, without limitation, the design, location, and size), Tenant shall have the right (“Exterior Signage Rights”) to install tenant identification signage on the exterior of the Building (the “Sign”), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and in accordance with all applicable Laws (including any requirements set forth by the applicable agencies in the City and County of San Francisco) (the “Signage Requirements”). Tenant shall erect the Sign in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Landlord, in a good and workmanlike manner, and at all times thereafter, Tenant shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the Sign in a good, clean and safe condition and in accordance with the Signage Requirements, including all repairs and replacements thereto. Upon the occurrence of any event of default and/or upon the termination or earlier expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall promptly remove the Sign, in which event Tenant shall be responsible for and shall repair any damage to the Building resulting therefrom. Tenant’s Exterior Signage Rights hereunder are personal to Dolby California, and, except with respect to an assignment to a Tenant Affiliate or Dolby Entity in connection with an assignment of this Lease, may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be given or withheld or given upon conditions in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals (governmental and private) necessary for the installation and maintenance of the Sign. If Tenant fails to remove the Sign as required under this Section 32, Landlord shall have the right, at Tenant’s expense, to remove the Sign. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and protect Landlord and the Landlord Parties and hold Landlord and the Landlord Parties harmless from and against any and all, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, causes of action, liabilities, injuries or expenses arising out of or related to Tenant’s exercise of the Exterior Signage Rights granted hereunder, including, without limitation, any claims of injury to or death of persons or damage to property occurring or resulting directly or indirectly from the installation or maintenance of the Sign on the Building.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Product Marking LICENSEE agrees to xxxx the LICENSED PRODUCTs sold in the United States with all applicable United States patent numbers. All LICENSED PRODUCTs shipped to or sold in other countries shall be marked in such a manner as to conform with the patent laws and practices of the country of manufacture or sale.

  • Branding 12.1. CLEC shall provide the exclusive interface to CLEC subscribers, except as CLEC shall otherwise specify for the reporting of trouble or other matters identified by CLEC for which Sprint may directly communicate with CLEC subscribers. In those instances where CLEC requests that Sprint personnel interface with CLEC subscribers, such Sprint personnel shall inform the CLEC subscribers that they are representing CLEC, or such brand as CLEC may specify.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.
