Common use of Online Services Clause in Contracts

Online Services. For Online Services, Microsoft’s maximum liability to Enrolled Affiliate for any incident giving rise to a claim will not exceed the amount Enrolled Affiliate paid for the Online Service during the 12 months before the incident.

Online Services. For Online Services, Microsoft’s maximum liability to Enrolled Affiliate for any incident giving rise to a claim will not exceed the monthly amount Enrolled Affiliate paid or is required to pay for the Online Service during the 12 months before the incidentmultiplied by 24.

Online Services. For Online Services, Microsoft’s maximum liability to Enrolled Affiliate for any incident giving rise to a claim will not exceed the greater of either (i) twenty-four (24) times the monthly per-unit price (as set by the Reseller) for the individual named Online Services that gave rise to the claim or (ii) the amount Enrolled Affiliate paid or was required to pay for the Online Service during the 12 24 months before the incident.
