Online Reporting. My Business Account can assist you in managing your wireless usage, evaluating trends and creating reports. My Business Account is designed in an easy-to-use, accessible format. You can manipulate and export data into GTA’s required formats through the use of Microsoft applications. With My Business Account you can: Receive online reporting in a consolidated manner or broken out by account or wireless number. View individual phone information, such as airtime usage and call detail. Modify mobile number information to allow for specific, customized analysis. My Business Account provides a wide variety of comprehensive templated reports, such as: Charges Reports - These reports can provide information on multiple or individual accounts. Titles of these reports include: Additional Charges Report Airtime Charges Detail Report Analyze Phone Charges – Account Number Analyze Roaming Calls - Duration Top 10 Most Expensive Calls Response to Request for Proposal No. 9800-GTA794 -- Technical Proposal Usage Reports - These reports can provide usage and cost information for a single MDN. Titles of these reports include: 20 Longest Calls Top 20 Out of Network Calls Call Detail Report – Account Number Call Detail Report – User Name Data Usage Report – Account Number Grand Total Report Mobile to Mobile Report – Account Number Monthly Usage Report Total Data Share Report Unbilled Usage Report Other reports are also available. Titles of these reports include: Billing Structure Customer Invoice Management Report - Details Deactivated MTN Report Device Report Global Summary MTN Report Raw Data Download (available by request) You can add or remove fields from most existing templated reports. You can also create customized reports for the way GTA does business, including just the information you need – selecting from over 300 different reporting fields and order the fields in any sequence you want for your reports. You can save and schedule reports in advance, and receive an email when they are ready to be downloaded. You can also share saved reports with others in GTA or keep them private and change sharing status as needed. Raw Data Download If GTA would like to create custom reports, the raw data from your bills is available online. Raw data download (RDD) is a representation of your wireless bills and does not include any of the reporting structures you design in My Business Account. Online Reporting. When you open a Macquarie IMA you will be sent a Macquarie Access Code (MAC) and password that you can use to access information about your account via our secure website. The following reports are available online: • asset allocation • portfolio valuation • income summary • income details • investment transactions • cash transactions • unrealised gains/losses • realised gains/losses • account details. Reports are generally for holdings and transactions up until the previous business day, using market close prices for that day. You can also download transaction and portfolio valuation reports in electronic data format, enabling you to open them in a spreadsheet or upload them into some accounting packages. Quarterly and annual tax reports (see the following sections for details) are also posted online where you can view and download them. If you would like additional parties to have access to these online reports please fill out the relevant section of the application form. Existing investors may complete the Third Party Authority form available from your adviser or the Resources section of our secure website. Terms and conditions regarding Macquarie’s online service are explained in more detail on page 25.

Online Reporting. DAC will make available to HP 24-hour online access to a menu of reports. Standard report formats will exist for the report types listed in Exhibit G.

StoreRunner will provide Client with password protected access to an online report of visitor click-through's and advertising views on the Co-Branded Web Pages and estimated gross revenue generated. While StoreRunner will attempt to keep the online reports updated periodically, the information and data contained in the online reports are estimates and subject to change. Client agrees to keep the password confidential.
Online Reporting. DAC will make available to IBM during the business operating hours as described above access to a menu of the following standardized reports: (i) sales; (ii) fulfillment; (iii) inventory management; (iv) returns; and (v) accounting.
