ONLINE PAYMENT. The Tenants acknowledge that Tenant participation in Yardi - Rent Cafe, inclusive of any form of online payment via Yardi - Rent Cafe, is voluntary. The Tenants agree to pay a $3.00 CAD service charge for every online transaction completed by the Tenants by using Yardi - Rent Cafe.
ONLINE PAYMENT. It is understood that the basic price meal service shall be paid directly by students or their parents or guardians and that a means of billing and paying for said meals shall be instituted, online or at point of sale, to the reasonable satisfaction of Nob Hill and Client. Specific procedures for posting of the menu, ordering and payment shall be agreed upon by the parties and shall be implemented by Nob Hill. With respect to free or reduced price meal program participants, Client shall be responsible for placing the meal order on their behalf. In the event that Client desires to provide the option to the families participating in the free or reduced price meal program to order online, Nob Hill and Client shall separately agree upon a protocol which may be reasonably made available to Client and its students. Nob Hill shall not be required to provide online ordering service to free or reduced price meal program participants.
ONLINE PAYMENT. Tenant agrees to utilize our online payment system to have rental payments automatically deducted from their checking, savings, credit, or debit card account. Payments must be initiated by the 2nd day of each month to ensure timely payment and processing. A monthly fee of $10 will be applied to your account for not using the online payment method. If you know you will not be using this service please include an extra $10 with your rent each month. ONLINE PAYMENT. MERCHANT CHOICE 4.1.1 If the Merchant wishes to offer its customers online payment services, the Merchant must obtain a Secure Payment Gateway from either a designated supplier or the Federation. The terms and conditions for the Secure Payment Gateway obtained from a designated supplier are provided in Subsection 4.2 and the terms and conditions for the Secure Payment Gateway obtained from the Federation are provided in Subsection 4.3.

To the extent you utilize Specialty Rx's Online Payment services on the My Account webpage, you acknowledge that there cannot be a guarantee that communications or payment transactions conducted online will be absolutely secure. You further acknowledge that there may be a system failure that may limit your ability to use the Online Payment services. You agree to assume all risk and liability arising from your use of Specialty Rx's Online Payment services, including the risk of breach in the security of the communications or transactions you conduct with Specialty Rx online. Specialty Rx's Online Payment services are provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, banking information, credit card information or Specialty Rx account information and agree that Specialty Rx will have no obligations with regard thereto. You agree not to give your password to anyone except a close relative, guardian, friend or other person (such as a facility staff person), and that you are responsible if he/she uses your password inappropriately or violates these Terms of Use. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Specialty Rx account. You agree to notify Specialty Rx immediately upon your discovery of an unauthorized use of your account and any other breach of security. Specialty Rx will not be responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else misusing your password, banking information, credit card information and Specialty Rx account either with or without your permission. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Specialty Rx or another party due to someone else using your password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time without the permission of the account holder. If you believe your password has been lost or stolen or someone has gained access to your password without your permission, call us immediately. If you use a third-party vendor (or distributor) to pay your Specialty Rx payment and you disclose to such vendor your username, password, account number, Specialty Rx will not be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of processing your payment.
