Online Banking Services. We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

Online Banking Services. Note: If you access Online Banking or Transfers Outside Bank of America through Bank of America's Downloadable Mobile Banking Applications ("Mobile Banking Apps"), the mobile-optimized version of the Bank of America website ("Mobile Web"), Personal Financial Management (PFM) software, or through an indirect service, all of the features of Online Banking or Transfers Outside Bank of America may not be available, including, but not limited to, bill presentment. To access all of the features and services offered by Online Banking and Transfers Outside Bank of America, sign in directly through our web site at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx from a personal computer. Within Online Banking, you can also access optional services such as Bill Payment. Please refer to this Agreement, your applicable account agreement or fee schedule for information on fees for optional services.

Online Banking for Consumers You may use Online Banking Services to: • Transfer funds between your linked Pinnacle Bank accounts on either a one-time or recurring basis, including as a payment to a linked installment loan or mortgage. • Transfer funds between linked Pinnacle Bank business accounts and linked personal accounts. • Transfer funds from your linked Pinnacle Bank personal or small business accounts to most Pinnacle Bank personal or small business deposit accounts. • Xxxx payment services. • View current balance information for your linked Pinnacle Bank accounts. • Review available transactions for your linked accounts. • Perform self-service account maintenance such as re-ordering checks, stopping payment on checks, and changing your address and phone number • Send us secure online mail messages and questions regarding your Online Banking Services. Some of the above services may not be available for certain accounts or customers, or if you access Online Banking through the mobile banking app or through the web. We will update our Website if we eliminate or introduce new features to the Service.
Online Banking Services. Upon approval, you the primary member may use your personal computer to access your accounts. You must use your member number along with a security code to access your accounts. If you share your member number along with your security code with another individual including a joint account holder the credit union is not responsible for any transactions made on your behalf. If you fail to maintain or change the security of these access codes and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your electronic funds transfer and account services immediately. You may not use your account services for illegal or unlawful transactions, and the Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to complete a transaction that the Credit Union believes poses an undue risk of illegality or unlawfulness. The Online Banking service is accessible seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day. However, from time to time, some or all of the Credit Union’s Online Banking services may not be available due to system maintenance. You will need a personal computer and a web browser. The online address for the Online Banking service is xxxxx://xxx. xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your computer. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service or your computer. You may use the Online Banking service to: • Transfer funds between your Savings, Checking and Money Market accounts. • Transfer funds from your Checking and Savings account to a loan account. • Review account balance, and transaction history for Checking, Savings, Money Market, Certificate, and XXX accounts. • Review information on your loan account including payoff amounts, due dates, finance charges, interest rates, balance information and past statements of yours. • Make xxxx payments from your checking account using the Xxxx Pay service. • Request a withdrawal from any Savings, Checking, or loan account by check mailed to you. • Transfer funds from your share or share draft account to a loan account of yours or any other member’s account. • Other transactions as offered and permitted in the future. Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement and transactions involving a line of credit account will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosure, as applicable. The following limitations on Online Banking transactions may apply:

Online Banking Services. Upon approval, you may use an Internet Enabled Device to access your accounts. You must use your User ID and Online Banking Password to access your accounts. You will need an Internet Enabled Device to access the Internet. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your Internet Enabled Device. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving your Internet Enabled Device or Internet Connection. At present time, you may use Online Banking Service to: •Review account balance and transaction history for your deposit and loan accounts. • Review information on your loan account including payoff amounts on some loans, due dates, and balance information. • Transfer funds between your savings, checking and loan accounts. • Transfer funds to accounts of other members. • Make bill payments from your authorized funding accounts up to our standard per-check limit. • Receive periodic (monthly) electronic statements. • Communicate with the Credit Union using the secure message center. • Transfer funds to other people and request transfers from other people using Zelle. • Transfer funds between your own accounts at different financial institutions using the External Transfer service. • View your accounts with participating financial institutions using external Linked Accounts. • Initiate Domestic Wires (upon approval) • Initiate ACH transactions (upon approval) • Initiate Tax Payments (upon approval) • Deposit Checks via Scanner and mobile device (upon approval) • Set up travel notifications on OnPoint debit and credit cards. • Temporarily freeze and unfreeze OnPoint credit cards. Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving a line of credit or loan account will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosures, as applicable. Transactions involving your Credit Card account will be subject to your Visa Credit Card Agreement.

Online Banking Services. 20.1) General Conditions for use of Online Banking Services
Online Banking Services. As indicated by the Enrollment Application, you may use a variety of services offered by Xxxxxx State Bank via the Service. You may sign up for or cancel any service by contacting Xxxxxx State Bank via telephone. As used in this Agreement, the termelectronic fund transfer” has the meaning provided for that term in Regulation E and includes, without limitation, a bank transfer or loan payment (other than a loan payment made by check or other paper item), as these items are defined below.
Online Banking Services. You may use a computer to access your account and perform certain banking transactions using the Internet, including bill payments. When you subscribe to these services, the Bank will provide you with the governing Agreement and disclosures. You will be solely responsible for complying with all applicable local and foreign laws and regulations when you access your account through the Internet from outside of the United States.
