Online Banking Alerts. We provide Automatic Security Alerts and Voluntary Account Alerts (collectively the “Alerts”) via email or text messages through a Mobile Device. Automatic Alerts are sent to you via email following important Account activities or when certain changes are made online to your Online Banking account, such as a change in your email address, telephone number, User ID or Password. You do not need to activate these alerts. We automatically activate them for you. Voluntary Account Alerts must be activated by you. Voluntary Account Alerts allow you to choose alert messages for your Accounts. Each alert has different options available, and you will be asked to select from among these options upon activation of your alerts service. Both Automatic Alerts and voluntary Account Alerts are subject to the following: We may add new Automatic and voluntary Account Alerts from time to time, or cancel old alerts. We usually notify you when we cancel alerts, but are not obligated to do so. Alerts will be sent to the email address you have provided. You can also choose to have alerts sent to a secondary email address and in some cases a Mobile Device that accepts text messages. To change your delivery preferences, log into the Service and visit Settings > Alerts. To stop text messages, you can also text “STOP” to end, or “HELP” for support. If your email address or your mobile phone number changes, you are responsible for informing us of that change. While the Bank does not charge for the delivery of the Alerts, please be advised that text or data charges or rates may be imposed by your carrier. Changes to your primary, secondary email addresses and mobile phone numbers will apply to all of your Alerts. You understand and agree that your Alerts may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors. We do our best to provide alerts in a timely manner with accurate information. We neither guarantee the delivery nor the accuracy of the contents of any Alert. You also agree that we shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any Alert; for any errors in the content of an Alert; or for any actions taken or not taken by you or any third party in reliance of an Alert. Because Alerts are not encrypted, we will never include your Password or full Account number. However, Alerts may include your name and some information about your Accounts. Online Banking Alerts. When certain changes are made to the Account(s) Client has set up in Online Banking, Bank will automatically send Administrator (or, as directed by Administrator, to an Authorized User) an account alert letting Client know the change was made. Client shall contact Bank immediately if the change(s) was not authorized by Client. Additionally, some of the Services give Client the option to set up, or change from time-to-time, one or more categories of information to receive voluntary account alerts from Bank. SHOULD CLIENT NOT ELECT TO UTILIZE THE ACCOUNT ALERTS OFFERED BY BANK, CLIENT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT BANK OFFERED A MORE STRINGENT SECURITY PROCEDURE AND CLIENT DECLINED THAT SECURITY PROCEDURE. AS SUCH, CLIENT EXPRESSLY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ANY TRANSACTION, WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED, ISSUED IN CLIENT’S NAME AND ACCEPTED BY BANK IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SECURITY PROCEDURE CHOSEN BY CLIENT, AND CLIENT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT BANK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM ANY ERRORS IN OR CHANGES TO ANY TRANSACTION INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CLIENT TO BANK.

  • Online Banking (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may include fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for uses of or interaction with Mobile Banking), you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly without involving us. Any deposit account, loan or other credit union product accessed through this Mobile Banking service is also subject to the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at time of account opening. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:

  • TELEPHONE BANKING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Before using any Telephone Banking Service, please read the terms and conditions set out below, which govern your use of such service. By using your TBS Access Code to operate the Telephone Banking Service, you are accepting the terms and conditions set out below and will be bound by them.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Telephone Banking Telephone Banking is BECU’s Integrated Voice Response touch-tone telephone service that allows you to do tasks such as the following:
