Online and Mobile Banking Services. The Online Banking Services Terms of Use state the terms and conditions for CIT Bank's Online Banking services (the "Services"). The Services allow CIT Bank customers the ability to perform many account transactions through CIT Bank's internet website using their personal computer, and for certain functions, a mobile device such as a cellular telephone or tablet. The Services include basic functions such as viewing account activity, balances and statements; transferring funds between CIT Bank accounts and placing self-service requests. In addition, the Services include other functions such as E-Statements, Bill Payment, External Transfers, Mobile Banking and Remote Deposit Capture, some of which may require separate enrollment and have additional terms of use.

Online and Mobile Banking Services. This section describes the services and features available within the Affinity Federal Credit Union Online Banking services.
Online and Mobile Banking Services. Upon approval, you may use an internet-enabled device to access your accounts. These services are governed by the terms and conditions of our Online Banking Service Agreement available on our website.
Online and Mobile Banking Services. You agree we may terminate this Agreement and your use of the Internet Banking services if we, you or any authorized user of your account or password breach this or any other agreement with us, or if we have reason to believe there has been unauthorized use of your account or password. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping the use of your internet banking service. We may also terminate this agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. Whether you or the credit union terminates this agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination. PROTECTING YOUR ACCOUNT Preventing Misuse of Your Account. Your role is extremely important in the prevention of any wrongful use of your account. You must promptly examine your statement upon receipt. If you find that your records and ours disagree, you must call us immediately at (000) 000-0000.

You must use your member number or username, along with your password to access your accounts. The Online and Mobile Banking service is accessible seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day. However, from time to time, some or all of the Online and Mobile Banking services may not be available due to system maintenance. You will need a personal computer and a web browser (such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer). For Mobile, you will need an iPhone or Android mobile device. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your computer or device. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any errors or failure involving your computer or device. At the present time, you may use the Online and Mobile Banking service to: • Transfer funds to internal and external accounts • Review account balance, and transaction history • Review information on your loan account(s) • Make Xxxx Pay xxxx payments from your Checking account. • Request a withdrawal from any eligible Share, Checking, or Loan account by check mailed to you. • Download account information to Quicken • Communicate with the Credit Union using the Secure Message Center • Order checks • SendMoney through Paypal (Mobile Only) • Setup eAlert notifications (Online Banking Only) Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement and transactions involving a line of credit account will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosures, as applicable.
Online and Mobile Banking Services. To use Online Banking, you must have 1) at least one demand deposit (checking) account, time deposit account, or loan at Bank; 2) access to Internet service; and 3) an e-mail address. You may access your Accounts and our Online Banking Services through the Website to obtain information and perform transactions as authorized on the Bank’s Website, or through software applications specifically designed for use on a mobile or electronic device. Once we have verified your account information and, if you are a commercial customer, received and approved your signed Enrollment Form, we will send you confirmation of our acceptance of your enrollment along with your assigned temporary password. It is your responsibility to provide your own Internet service and e-mail access. You authorize Bank to provide you (and in the case of a business account, to your authorized representatives and Delegates) access to your accounts and the Online Banking Services. Online Banking can be used to access only the accounts which you have designated in your Enrollment Form and may include accounts attached as a primary relationship to you if your name is the first name on the account. We are entitled to presume that any access to Online Banking utilizing a valid password has been duly authorized and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, that you have followed your internal procedures for controlling and managing your internal distribution of your password. We are under no obligation to monitor transactions through Online Banking to determine whether they were made on your behalf. You can use Online Banking to check the balance of your accounts, view account histories, transfer funds between your accounts, pay bills from your accounts in the amounts and on the dates you request (if you have requested the Bill Payment Service on your Enrollment Form and have been approved), and perform other services as provided from time to time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Bank may, from time to time, make additional services available utilizing Online Banking. A list of such services is available from the Bank. In order to obtain any such services utilizing Online Banking, the Bank may require the execution of additional agreements. Such additional services may require the payment of additional fees. At the present time, you may use the Online and Mobile Banking service to: • View your current savings and loan balances; • View transaction history for each account; • Transfer funds between your accounts; • Review information on your loan account(s); • Make Bill Pay bill payments from your Checking account; • Communicate with the Credit Union using the Support Message Center; • Order checks; and • Setup Alert Notifications Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement and transactions involving a line of credit account will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosures, as applicable.
