Online Accounts. I agree that I will register all domains, usernames, handles, social media accounts and similar online accounts which I register on behalf of the Company Entities and which relate to the Company Entities or their intellectual property rights (the “Online Accounts”) in the name of the relevant Company Entity, except to the extent that such requests by a Company Entity are prohibited by law. The term “Online Accounts” shall exclude any domains, usernames, handles, social media accounts and similar online accounts which I have registered, or may in the future register, under my name exclusively for my personal use. If any Online Account that is not (or by the terms of such Online Account cannot be) registered in the name of a Company Entity is registered in my name or under my control, I agree to assign ownership and control of such Online Account to any person designated by the relevant Company Entity upon that entity’s request and at that entity’s expense. I agree to use any Online Account, whether registered in my name or the name of a Company Entity, in compliance with any applicable policies or guidelines of the Company Entities.
Online Accounts. When you Enroll in Online Banking, you will have online access to your Eligible Accounts, which are reflected on our records as associated with the Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number you provided when you Enrolled in Online Banking. Not all Services are available for all Accounts or all customers using Online Banking. If you open an additional Account at a later date or if you are added as a signer on an existing Account, you may have online access to your new Account within Online Banking. We may limit your access to Services in our sole discretion.
Online Accounts. Certain Subscription Services include online functionality that can be accessed and used through user accounts. Each such user account that is created by or on behalf of Client (“Client Account”) may only be assigned to and used by a single individual, and Client will not permit use of such Client Account (whether concurrently or non-concurrently) by any other individual; provided that Client may discontinue an individual’s access of a Client Account and re-assign such Client Account to another individual.
Online Accounts. The creation and use of a school “Google Workspace for Education” and “Microsoft 365” account, as per the Guidelines for the Use of Digital Technology, incorporate the mobile workflow which has been developed for the girls, along with ensuring that documents on their iPads are backed up safely. We obtain parental permission for students to use online Microsoft and Google accounts as part of this agreement, including common additional services from Google such as YouTube, Code First and Blogger which are not part of the education workspace agreement. We may limit your access to our e-Banking Services at our sole discretion.

The Credit Union, in its sole discretion, will designate both the number of accounts that may be included in one subscription for Online Branch and the specific types of COFCU accounts that are eligible to be Online Accounts, and may change these designations from time to time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to include any eligible COFCU account within your subscription to Online Branch. An Online Account may be either a consumer account or a commercial account. A "consumer" account is an account established primarily for personal, family or household purposes. A "commercial" account is an account established primarily for purposes other than personal, family or household use. Your representation when you open an account that an account is a commercial account or a consumer account is binding and conclusively establishes the nature of the account. Any obligation that the Credit Union may have, whether under the applicable Account Agreement or otherwise, to verify two or more signatures or other form of authorization before making payment from any COFCU account does not apply to transfers and bill payments requested through Online Branch. By requesting the Credit Union to include any COFCU account as an Online Account, you waive any right you may have to require the Credit Union to verify two or more signatures or other form of authorization before making payment from that Online Account, and you release the Credit Union from liability for any and all claims that arise from or relate to the Credit Union's payment of a transfer or bill payment requested and authorized through Online Branch by only one person. As a security precaution, the Credit Union may use less than the full account number to identify any of your Online Accounts within Online Branch or any alerts that the Credit Union sends to you. If the Credit Union chooses to do so, each Online Account will be identified by a name or nickname you have designated for it and/or the last four digits of the account number (such as "My Checking / ****9999").

You agree to review promptly each periodic statement that you receive from the Credit Union. You understand that anyone who obtains your security measures can access your Online Accounts and the information on the digital banking platform and may initiate transactions on those accounts. If you permit any other person to use your digital banking services, your security measures or other means to access your digital banking accounts, you are responsible for any and all transactions the other person authorizes on any of these accounts and for all online agreements the other person signs or accepts while using COFCU’s digital banking services. You agree to implement the necessary controls, balancing and reconciliation functions, and audit procedures to protect Online Accounts from theft or misuse. You agree to accept responsibility for making sure you understand how to use Digital Banking and that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Digital Banking. You will accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and COFCU will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the service or your Device.
