Online Acceptance Program. Unless Professional has elected not to participate in Bank’s online acceptance program (“Online Acceptance”) and for so long thereafter as Bank makes the Online Acceptance program available, the following terms and conditions will apply to Professional’s receipt and acceptance of a payment made by Bank to Professional pursuant to the Online Acceptance program (such payments are referred to as “Online Payments”):
