Ongoing Education. The Employer encourages continuing education and it will work with the Employee to determine which courses and events would enhance both the Employee and the Employer. The Employer will reimburse the Employee for any courses that are work related where the Employee successfully passes the course. The Employer will evaluate the Employee attending conferences and where the conferences are approved the Employer will pay for the Employee to attend.

Ongoing Education. MCCMH and the Health Plan agree to provide continuing education and information regarding specifics of this agreement, associated interface, coordination and operational procedures to all levels of staff involved in the implementation of this agreement.
Ongoing Education. 24.01 ‐ The Hospital will provide the opportunity for LPN’s to acquire six (6) CEU’s per calendar year. A Nurse will be compensated for attendance at educational programs required by the Hospital. Expenses that are defined as registration fees, course material, and mileage shall be paid by the Hospital for such required courses. The Hospital will pay up to eight (8) hours of time to attend approved non‐required educational programs per calendar year.
Ongoing Education. The Clinic will provide the opportunity for a sufficient number of courses, classes or other educational opportunities to allow employees to meet their mandatory continuing education requirements. An employee will be compensated for attendance at educational programs required by the Clinic. Expenses that are defined as registration fees, course material, and mileage shall be paid by the Clinic for such required courses. Provided department staffing allows, the Clinic will pay up to eight (8) hours of time to attend non‐required accredited continuing educational program(s) per year.
Ongoing Education. The Contractor shall create or otherwise make available opportunities to ensure its staff participates in continuing education regarding equity and social justice each year. Staff participation in equity and social justice education shall be documented in writing.
Ongoing Education. TRR-N will provide the Chapter with regular updates on activities, programming, teaching techniques, upcoming trips and training opportunities through monthly Council of Chapter Secretaries’ conference calls and through email and the website.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Post-Employment Cooperation Executive agrees to fully cooperate with the Employer in the defense or prosecution of any claims or actions now in existence or which may be brought in the future against or on behalf of the Employer which relate to events or occurrences that transpired or which failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive also agrees to cooperate fully with the Employer in connection with any internal investigation or review, or any investigation or review by any federal, state or local regulatory authority, relating to events or occurrences that transpired or failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive’s full cooperation in connection with such matters shall include, but not be limited to, providing information to counsel, being available to meet with counsel to prepare for discovery or trial and acting as a witness on behalf of the Employer at a mutually convenient times.

  • Contractor Responsibilities 19.1. Contractor shall perform national criminal history checks for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, and 10-panel drug screening tests on all prospective employees performing work under this RFP or coming onto a CMHA property and any resulting contract and provide summaries of the results to the Authority if requested. For the purposes of this section, the term “employees” includes contractor. Prospective employees whose criminal background check discloses a misdemeanor or felony involving crimes of moral turpitude, sexual offenses or harm to persons or property shall not be employed to perform work under this RFP or any resulting contract. Contractor is required to perform drug screening of all employees and to ensure acceptable test results. Criminal history and drug screening checks will be completed at the sole expense of the contractor. Any employee of the Contractor suspected of being under the influence of drugs and or alcohol will be reported to the appropriate personnel at CMHA and/or other local law enforcement. If the employee is determined to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in any form or manner, or believed by proper authority to be dealing in illicit sale of alcohol or drugs they will be removed and shall not be allowed to return to any job site on the Authority’s property. The Contractor’s contract may be suspended and/or terminated should such a situation occur or if the Contractor fails to submit results pursuant to this section.

  • Outplacement Assistance 14.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the one-year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to $100,000. The provision of such outplacement services reimbursement shall be subject to the terms of Section 9(c).

  • Financial Planning Services The Executive shall receive financial planning services, on an in-kind basis, for a period of eighteen (18) months following the Date of Termination. Such financial planning services shall include expert financial and legal resources to assist the Executive with financial planning needs and shall be limited to (i) current investment portfolio management, (ii) tax planning, (iii) tax return preparation, and (iv) estate planning advice and document preparation (including xxxxx and trusts); provided, however, that the Company shall provide such financial planning services during any taxable year of the Executive only to the extent the cost to the Company for such taxable year does not exceed $25,000. The Company shall provide such financial planning services through a financial planner selected by the Company, and shall pay the fees for such financial planning services. The financial planning services provided during any taxable year of the Executive shall not affect the financial planning services provided in any other taxable year of the Executive. The Executive’s right to financial planning services shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit. Such financial planning services shall be provided in a manner that complies with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-3(i)(1)(iv).
