Ongoing Administration. Authority shall be responsible for the ongoing administration of the California HERO Program, including but not limited to producing education plans to raise public awareness of the California HERO Program, soliciting, reviewing and approving applications from residential and commercial property owners participating in the California HERO Program, establishing contracts for residential, commercial and other property owners participating in such program, establishing and collecting assessments due under the California HERO Program, adopting and implementing any rules or regulations for the California HERO Program, and providing reports as required by Chapter 29. City will not be responsible for the conduct of any proceedings required to be taken under Chapter 29; the levy or collection of assessments or any required remedial action in the case of delinquencies in such assessment payments; or the issuance, sale or administration of any bonds issued in connection with the California HERO Program.

Ongoing Administration. Xxxx Xxxxxxx will serve as the project manager, working closely with staff from the MPO, cities, Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx counties, stakeholders, and RTS and Prairie Hills Transit. Throughout the project, he will be responsible for communicating closely with the RCMPO project manager. Such communication will involve regular telephone and email correspondence, and meetings in person. Xxxx, along with Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, will focus on proactive project management. In line with this, we will organize regular calls (weekly, biweekly, or monthly, as preferred by MPO staff) to discuss project status, critical-path issues, next steps and timelines. Xxxxxx\Xxxxxxx will also provide progress reports to the MPO and Study Advisory Team, including a summary of all work completed during the month, in-progress and upcoming tasks/next steps, invoices, and remaining budget.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Employment and Training Administration The ratio of trainees to journeymen on the job site shall not be greater than permitted under the plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration. Every trainee must be paid at not less than the rate specified in the approved program for the trainee's level of progress, expressed as a percentage of the journeyman hourly rate specified in the applicable wage determination. Trainees shall be paid fringe benefits in accordance with the provisions of the trainee program. If the trainee program does not mention fringe benefits, trainees shall be paid the full amount of fringe benefits listed on the wage determination unless the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division determines that there is an apprenticeship program associated with the corresponding journeyman wage rate on the wage determination which provides for less than full fringe benefits for apprentices. Any employee listed on the payroll at a trainee rate who is not registered and participating in a training plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the classification of work actually performed. In addition, any trainee performing work on the job site in excess of the ratio permitted under the registered program shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the work actually performed. In the event the Employment and Training Administration withdraws approval of a training program, the contractor will no longer be permitted to utilize trainees at less than the applicable predetermined rate for the work performed until an acceptable program is approved.

  • RECORDS ADMINISTRATION Contractor shall maintain or supervise the maintenance of all records necessary to properly account for Contractor’s performance and the payments made by the State Entity to Contractor under this Contract. These records shall be retained by Contractor for at least six (6) years after final payment, or until all audits initiated within the six (6) years have been completed, whichever is later. Contractor agrees to allow, at no additional cost, State of Utah and federal auditors, and State Entity staff, access to all such records.

  • Tax Administration (a) The Trust and the Certificate Paying Agent, upon direction from the Sponsor, shall comply with all withholding and backup withholding tax requirements under United States federal (including, without limitation, Sections 1441, 1442, 1445, 1446 and 1471 through 1474 of the Code), state and local law. The Certificate Paying Agent shall request, and the Certificateholder shall provide to the Certificate Paying Agent, such forms or certificates as are necessary to establish an exemption from withholding and backup withholding tax with respect to the Certificateholder and any representations and forms as shall reasonably be requested by the Trust to assist it in determining the extent of, and in fulfilling, its withholding and backup withholding tax obligations. The Certificateholder, by acceptance of the Certificate, agrees to provide to the Certificate Paying Agent, upon its request, the FATCA Information. In addition, the Certificateholder, by acceptance of the Certificate, agrees that the Certificate Paying Agent has the right to withhold any amounts (properly withholdable under law and without any corresponding gross-up) payable to the Certificateholder that fails to comply with the requirements of the preceding sentence.

  • Salary Administration Section 1. Salary eligibility date is defined as the date an employee is eligible for an annual performance pay increase. The salary eligibility date is computed from the date of hire. Employees shall be eligible for annual performance pay increases on the employees' salary eligibility date provided the employee is not at the top step of the salary range of the employees' classification. The employee may be denied the annual performance pay increase if there has been a serious performance or attendance problem. Denials are subject to review within six (6) months.
