One Design: Bug Fixes. In the event Intel exercises the Option, Intellon shall only be obligated to deliver one Design to Intel, which Design shall be either in the form of the Initial Design or in the form of a Subsequent Design, as provided in this Exhibit. In no event shall Intellon be obligated to deliver the Design both in the form of the Initial Design and in the form of a Subsequent Design or, if Intellon does not deliver the Initial Design as permitted in the Exhibit, in the form of more than one Subsequent Design. At the time of delivery, Intellon agrees to provide to Intel all Bug Fixes (corresponding to the Design) that are relevant to the Design. After Intellon has delivered the Design to Intel, Intellon also agrees to notify Intel in writing of all Bugs (corresponding to the Design) within 5 business days of discovery by Intellon, and to make available to Intel in writing as soon as available all corresponding Bug Fixes. After Intellon has delivered the Design to Intel, Intel will notify Intellon in writing of all Bugs (corresponding to the Design) identified by Intel within 5 business days of discovery by Intel, and make available to Intellon in writing as soon as available any corresponding corrections created by Intel.

  • System and Data Access Services a.System.   • Deliverables Upon completion of each Test for each Reviewable Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall record a finding based on the issues discovered. Findings categories are listed as follows: • Evidence that the applicable Test was satisfied (“Satisfied Test”); • Evidence that the applicable Test was not satisfied (“Unsatisfied Test”); and • Test incomplete as a result of missing or insufficient documentation (“Unsatisfied Test – Missing Required Documents”).

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • DTC DIRECT REGISTRATION SYSTEM AND PROFILE MODIFICATION SYSTEM (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.4 of the Deposit Agreement, the parties acknowledge that DTC’s Direct Registration System (“DRS”) and Profile Modification System (“Profile”) apply to the American Depositary Shares upon acceptance thereof to DRS by DTC. DRS is the system administered by DTC that facilitates interchange between registered holding of uncertificated securities and holding of security entitlements in those securities through DTC and a DTC participant. Profile is a required feature of DRS that allows a DTC participant, claiming to act on behalf of an Owner of American Depositary Shares, to direct the Depositary to register a transfer of those American Depositary Shares to DTC or its nominee and to deliver those American Depositary Shares to the DTC account of that DTC participant without receipt by the Depositary of prior authorization from the Owner to register that transfer.

  • Acceptance Testing The MCP must have the capability to report all elements in the Minimum Data Set as set forth in the ODJFS Encounter Data Specifications and must submit a test file in the ODJFS-specified medium in the required formats prior to contracting or prior to an information systems replacement or update. Acceptance testing of encounter data is required as specified in Section 29(a)(v) of this Appendix.
