Future SFS procurement functionality envisions the ability to fully host Contract catalogs, to integrate Contractor-hosted punch-out catalogs, and/or to submit and process invoices electronically. OGS reserves the right to integrate any or all of these future catalog functions with a Contractor during the contract period, and by submittal of a Vendor Submission, a Vendor agrees to coordinate with SFS, OGS and/or a third party host, for integration, if OGS exercises its right to do so. No costs or expenses associated with providing information and integration shall be charged to NYS. Technical Requirements for the data elements, such as data types, maximum field lengths, and cXML element names shall be provided by SFS, OGS and/or a third party host during integration. Interstate Educational Personnel Contracts 1. Any such contract for the period of its duration shall be applicable to and binding on the states whose designated state officials enter into it, and the subdivisions of those states, with the same force and effect as if incorporated in this agreement. A designated state official may enter into a contract pursuant to this article only with states in which he finds that there are programs of education, certification standards or other acceptable qualifications that assure preparation or qualification of educational personnel on a basis sufficiently comparable, even though not identical to that prevailing in his own state.

Hospital Central Agreement March The duration of such supernumerary appointments will be for the period of funding (currently months) or such other period as the local parties may agree; Such nurses will not be permitted to transfer out of the supernumerary position on the unit for the duration of the supernumerary appointment; Such nurses can apply for posted positions after the probationary period is completed but cannot transfer until completion of the supernumerary appointment; If the nurse has not successfully posted into a permanent position by the end of the supernumerary appointment, will be reclassified as casual part-time and this will not be considered a lay-off and the nurse will not be reassigned; The Hospital bears the onus of demonstrating that such positions are supernumerary; The Association will be provided with such written information as it may reasonably require regarding each supernumerary position; In the event of a layoff in the area of assignment of the supernumerary nurse, either the Hospital or the Local Association may require that the supernumerary nurse shall be first laid off.
