In the event of the registration is rejected, the deposit paid (if cleared by the bank) shall be refunded to the same bank account from which the deposit transfer was made within three (3) working days.

Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.

Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-‐to-‐date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.
POST PUBLIC AUCTION 5.1. Any E-Bidders who successfully bids for the Property shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale and pay the difference between 10% of the purchase price and the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above (“differential sum”) at the office of the Auctioneer within same day from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee Bank and sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (If any) to the Assignee Bank.
Settlement Website Within seven (7) days after Preliminary Approval, Notice shall be provided on a website at xxx.XxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxXxxxxxxxx.xxx, which shall be administered and maintained by the Settlement Administrator and shall include the ability to file Claim Forms online. The Notice provided on the Settlement Website shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto.
