(delete one)  If the property is listed on the market for sale the Owner warrants that the Owner has provided the tenant(s) with the required notice under S47 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.  Should the property be placed on the market, the Owner undertakes to advise the Property Manager forthwith to comply with the relevant provisions under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
