Common use of On-the-Job Injury Clause in Contracts

On-the-Job Injury. Accrued PTO may be used to supplement the amount received by an employee from Workers Compensation Insurance as provided in Section 12.5 up to the amount of the employee’s pay for the hours the employee would have worked had the employee been available for work.

On-the-Job Injury. Accrued PTO (while available) may be used to supplement the amount received by an employee from Workers Workers’ Compensation Insurance as provided in Section 12.5 insurance up to the amount of the employee’s pay for the hours the employee would have worked had the employee been available for workregular rate of pay.
