On-Site Improvements. Property Owner shall be responsible for the construction of all On-Site Improvements as shown on the accepted Exhibits CASE NUMBER. Improvements located on the Property shall be considered “On-Site Improvements.”
On-Site Improvements. District for itself, its subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and materialmen, agrees to the following with respect to any Agreed School Site:
On-Site Improvements. 1. If a street is proposed within a development site, the developer shall provide roadway, bikeway, sidewalkpedestrian, and other access and circulation improvements in accordance with the standards in this section and the Engineering Design and Construction Manual, and shall dedicate any required rights-of-way or easements.
On-Site Improvements. Tenant shall not be permitted to alter, move, maintain or disturb any part of the landscaping or other improvements located on or adjacent to the Building, the common areas or the Project.
On-Site Improvements. Contractor has and shall continue, at no expense to County, to construct or install all on-site improvements to the Xxxxxxxx Landfill required by:
On-Site Improvements. A. Developer has retained the Design Engineer to design and observe the construction of such improvements as are necessary to extend the County Off-Site Improvements from the County connection points to the Project and to distribute traffic, water, sanitary sewer and reuse water service to and within the Project, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Project On-Site Improvements.” The Developer shall select a competent contractor for the construction of the Project On-Site Improvements. The Developer shall notify the County of the selection and provide a copy of the contract amount. The County reserves the right to advise the Developer of any prior contractual arrangements between the contractor and County that resulted in default, litigation, and / or poor performance and request consideration of another contractor. The Project On-Site Improvements shall be constructed at Developer’s sole expense. Developer shall ensure that the Project On-Site Improvements are of sufficient capacity to serve the Project.
On-Site Improvements. Developer has retained, subject to approval by the County, one or more competent professional engineers registered in the State of Georgia to design and observe the construction of such improvements as are necessary to extend the County water distribution and sewer collection systems from the connection points to the Project and to distribute water and sewer within said Project, as shown on the Preliminary Engineering Plan titled Old Augusta Road Warehouse (dated January 4, 2022) and attached hereto as Exhibit A, and hereinafter referred to as the On-Site Improvements. The On-Site Improvements shall be constructed at Developer’s sole expense. Developer shall ensure that the On-Site Improvements are of sufficient capacity to serve the Project.
On-Site Improvements. All off-site and on-site improvements shall be designed as part of an integral site development. An on-site improvement plan shall be submitted with the 100% Construction Drawings. The on-site landscaping shall establish a high quality of design and be sensitive to landscape rights-of-way. materials and design planned for the adjoining public
On-Site Improvements. 6.1. In the event that the Developer Commences Construction of the Development, the Developer shall construct and Complete the Development in a good and workmanlike manner, using approved materials, in accordance with the Plans and shall comply with all conditions of approval imposed by the Approving Authority which are contained in the Notice of Decision, attached hereto as Division “1”.
