ON-SITE GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVE. The Contractor shall permit and provide facilities for up to two permanent on-site representative(s) of PMS404, and/or its delegated representative. The Contractor shall provide office space, desks, chairs, tables, file cabinets, interoffice mail service, internet service, intra-net access, internal and external telephone access with FAX, copier access and computer terminal usage. The designated Government representatives shall be given unimpeded access to all Contractor facilities and technical data and information sources involved in MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 G&C Section, WES Kit, and associated test equipment, design, fabrication, assembly, and testing. The Contractor- provided space for the Government Representative shall be convenient to the Contractor’s program office space. The Government representatives shall be allowed to participate in Contractor Material Review Board (MRB) meetings. Fulfillment of the requirements of this contract, including procurement of material, assembly and test of any product delivered under this contract is the sole responsibility of the Contractor and shall not be performed by the Government on-site representative(s).

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.

  • City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
