On-Premise Software any part of the Software necessary to enable you to host all or part of the Services on your infrastructure.
On-Premise Software. The terms Professional Services and Support Services (defined below) shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Services”:
On-Premise Software. If Software is delivered to Customer for Customer’s installation and use on its own equipment (“On-Premise Software”), the License shall be perpetual (unless otherwise stated on the Order) and shall also include the right to (i) make a reasonable number of additional copies of the On-Premise Software to be used solely for non-productive archival or passive disaster recovery purposes, provided such copies are kept in a secure location and are not used for production purposes unless the primary copy of the On-Premise Software is not being used for production purposes, and (ii) make and use copies of the Documentation as reasonably necessary to support Customer’s authorized users in their use of the On-Premise Software. Each License for On-Premise Software shall only be used by Customer in the country in which the On- Premise Software is initially delivered to Customer.
On-Premise Software. On-Premise Software. If Software is delivered to Customer for (i) Customer’s installation and use on its own equipment or (ii) pre-installed by Provider on an Appliance (“On-Premise Software”), the License shall be perpetual (unless otherwise stated on the Order) and shall also include the right to (i) make a reasonable number of additional copies of the On-Premise Software to be used solely for non-productive archival or passive disaster recovery purposes, provided such copies are kept in a secure location and are not used for production purposes unless the primary copy of the On-Premise Software is not being used for production purposes, and (ii) make and use copies of the Documentation as reasonably necessary to support Customer’s authorized users in their use of the On-Premise Software. Each License for On-Premise Software shall only be installed by Customer in the country in which the On-Premise Software is initially delivered to Customer.
On-Premise Software. Dynatrace grants Customer, during the Term, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license (without the right to grant or authorize sublicenses) to install and use the On-Premise Software solely by Customer and its Users within the territory, scope and type of use set forth in the applicable Order Form to process Customer’s data for Customer’s internal business purposes, in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement. Customer may reproduce the On-Premise Software and Documentation as reasonably necessary to support its authorized use of the On-Premise Software, and for backup and archival purposes, provided such copies include the Dynatrace trademarks, trade names, logos, and notices present on the On-Premise Software and Documentation.
On-Premise Software. If Customer has purchased licenses to Checkmarx Software to be downloaded and installed on Customer’s servers (“On Premise”), Checkmarx grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable license, during the Subscription Term to: (a) access and use the Software and Documentation for Customer’s internal business purposes; (b) allow the number of and, if applicable, type of users stated in the Quote to access and use the Software for Customer’s internal business purposes in accordance with the Documentation; (c) install one production copy of the Software on a server owned or managed by Customer, or if Customer has purchased multiple server licenses, the number of servers set out in the Quote; and (d) make a reasonable number of copies of the Software and Documentation for non-production, inactive backup and archival purposes only.
On-Premise Software. Company may request, and Apryse may provide to company, On-Premise Software to be used by Company in connection with the Software and the Services. All On-Premise Software shall be subject to the applicable software license terms made available to Company at the time Company downloads the On-Premise Software (“XXXX”). The XXXX is a separate independent agreement from the terms of this Agreement and the XXXX shall take precedence over any similar terms for any On- Premise Software set forth in this Agreement.
On-Premise Software. For On-premise Software, Nectari may, from time to time, ask you to accept changes to this Agreement upon opening the On-premise Software or any of its Enhancements, in which case, your continued use of the On-premise Software shall be conditional upon your acceptance of those changes.
