On Call Allowance. 22.8.1. An employee required by the employer to be on-call (i.e. available to be recalled for duty, for the provision of support, information and/or guidance to clients and workers) shall be paid an allowance in accordance with Schedule 4 of this agreement in respect to any 24 hour period or part thereof during which the employee is on-call.
