On all types of heavy, highway and engineering construction, when the Individual Employer is required by Contracting Authority to furnish his own field survey service or when the Individual Employer at his/her own discretion hires Employees to perform field survey work, then in such instances, such work shall come within the classifications set forth in Section 01.00.00.

On all. The CONTRACTOR agrees that this will be an open quantity contract. The COUNTY will not guarantee to the CONTRACTOR any minimum amount of work throughout the term of this Agreement. Furthermore, the CONTRACTOR agrees and acknowledges that in the event the CONTRACTOR cannot meet the COUNTY’s specifications, including but not limited to, time for completion or cost for individual project, that the COUNTY may offer the individual project to any alternate contractor.

  • Periodic Payments GLAIC will pay the Policyholder the amounts specified in the Accumulation Fund Schedule as Periodic Payouts, including the Maturity Payout, on the dates specified (subject to Section 4.7). Such payment amounts are adjusted to reflect any other payment payable under this Section of the Policy. The interest factor used in making such adjustments is the Guaranteed Rate.

  • Paychecks All regular paychecks of employees in the bargaining unit shall be itemized to include all standard deductions.

  • Workday The length of the workday shall be designated by the District for each classified assignment in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement. Each bargaining unit employee shall be assigned a fixed, regular, and ascertainable minimum number of hours.

  • Pre-Layoff Canvass (a) Where the Employer identifies to the Union a need to proceed with a layoff of Employees pursuant to Article 12.1, the Employer shall, prior to issuing a layoff notice to any Employee under Article 12, canvass any Employee or group of Employees within the area identified for reduction in order to invite on a voluntary basis:

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Paydays (a) Employees shall be paid biweekly (Fridays).

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Workdays 1. All workdays when the central and administrative offices are open shall be duty days for unit members employed on a 12-month basis.

  • Quarterly Payments H3.15 The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement. The payments are given on cumulative outputs, in arrears, and therefore the maximum payment available will be given by the end of the Contract if the agreed (target) number of outputs is reached or exceeded.

  • Payday (a) Employees shall be paid biweekly.
