Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds, LLC and/or JHSS has entered into certain omnibus account and retirement plan customer/participant service agreements with various firms and other entities which provide certain customer sub-accounting, retirement plan participant recordkeeping and other related administrative services on behalf of their customers that invest in shares of the Funds.
