Omissions and Mis-descriptions. Omissions from the drawings or specifications, or the mis- description of details of Work which are manifestly necessary to carry out the intent of the drawings and specifications, or which are customarily performed, shall be called to the attention of the County as soon as possible. The County shall promptly notify the Contractor of the correction or addition to be made.
