OIL AND GAS PIPELINES. 29.01 No large diameter, high-capacity natural gas transmission pipelines shall be constructed on the leased premises. Any pipeline that exceeds twelve inches (12”) in diameter shall be considered a main transmission line for the purpose of this lease, regardless of its intended use.

OIL AND GAS PIPELINES. Any pipelines, roads or utility lines constructed pursuant to the terms of this Lease shall only be for transporting or servicing the production of oil and/or gas from well(s) drilled on the Leasehold or lands pooled therewith. Construction and right-of-way for pipelines, roads or utility lines transporting or servicing the production of oil and/or gas from well(s) not on the Leasehold or lands pooled therewith shall be governed by a separate agreement, and no consent for same is granted or implied by this lease. A route map for each line shall be submitted for approval to the Lessor as to location prior to the laying of that line, road or utility. The pipeline(s) will be located and marked on such route location map which will be provided to Lessor. The pipelines will also be physically marked, which markers will be maintained, upon completion of operations. Lessee does hereby agree that it will, at all times, during the continuance and delivery of oil, gas, and liquid hydrocarbons to the market, keep, maintain, and repair its pipelines and equipment so that every reasonable effort will be made to prevent leaks or waste of oil and gas and liquid hydrocarbons.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Petroleum Storage Systems A. At Company’s expense, Company will at all times comply with all federal, state, and local requirements, including but not limited to, the regulations of the FDEP as stated in Chapters 62-761 and 62-762, FAC, the requirements of the Federal Oil Pollution Prevention regulation found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 112 (40 CFR part 112), as well as the requirements of the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC), as may be amended or replaced, pertaining to petroleum storage tank and piping system construction, operation, inspection, and compliance monitoring programs; release detection methods and procedures; maintenance; and preventative maintenance programs. Company will be responsible for all spillage, overflow, or escape of gases, petroleum or petroleum products, and for all fines and penalties in connection therewith. All petroleum storage systems will be registered by Company, and Company will display the registration placard as required by law.

  • MINES The Contractor represents and warrants that neither it, its parent entities (if any), nor any of the Contractor’s subsidiaries or affiliated entities (if any) is engaged in the sale or manufacture of anti-personnel mines or components utilized in the manufacture of anti-personnel mines.

  • Partnership Working 7.1 Partnerships will be supported by local authorities on four levels between:

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.

  • Project Area The Project Area is the incorporated area of the City of San Xxxx.

  • Contract Area Block which superficial projection is delimited by the polygon defined in Annex I or the plots of the Block remaining subject to the Agreement after the partial relinquishments provided for herein are made.

  • Plant The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.

  • Natural Gas 21.1 Subject to Article 21.2, the Indian domestic market shall have the first call on the utilisation of Natural Gas discovered and produced from the Contract Area. Accordingly, any proposal by the Contractor relating to Discovery and production of Natural Gas from the Contract Area shall be made in the context of the Government's policy for the utilisation of Natural Gas and shall take into account the objectives of the Government to develop its resources in the most efficient manner and to promote conservation measures.
