Offset Obligations. In the event a well or xxxxx producing oil or gas in paying quantities should be brought in on land within 500 feet from any boundary of the leased premises. Lessee agrees within sixty (60) days from commencement of production from such well or xxxxx to commence the actual drilling of an offset well or xxxxx on the leased premises, or Lessee shall release to Lessor free of this Lease the offsetting tract of at least one hundred twenty (120) acres.
Offset Obligations to Vendor's knowledge, there are no offset obligations arising under any of the Leases, including any unsatisfied obligation to drill a well or surrender rights or an obligation to pay compensatory royalties;
Offset Obligations. As at the Agreement Date, Pengrowth is not aware of any outstanding offset obligations, and has not received any offset notices nor default notices under the terms of any lease to which it is a party which is has not fully satisfied or has been waived.
Offset Obligations. Orders issued by Dell pursuant to this Agreement are placed with the expectation of potential acquisition of credit for current and/or anticipated future offset obligations of Dell or Dell Computer Corporation, or their designated assignees to various governments around the world. Supplier agrees to reasonably assist Dell or Dell Computer Corporation, or their designated assignees in their efforts to secure offset credit from these governments in an amount equal to the value of the applicable in-country content of the orders placed under this Agreement.

Offset Obligations. In the event a well or xxxxx producing oil or gas in paying quantities should be brought in on land within 500 feet from any boundary of the leased premises, Lessee agrees within ninety (90) days from commencement of production from such well or xxxxx to commence the actual drilling of an offset well or xxxxx on the leased premises, as would a reasonably prudent operator under similar circumstances, or Lessee shall release to Lessor free of this Lease the offsetting tract of at least forty (40) acres, if possible and reasonably practical and not at the economic disadvantage of Lessor, that is subject to being drained by the offsetting well and is not part of a producing unit.
Offset Obligations. Such Seller is under no current obligation to drill a well pursuant to any offset drilling obligations with respect to the Assets or any obligation to pay compensatory royalties resulting from any offset drilling obligations.
Offset Obligations. To Forest’s Knowledge, Forest is under no obligation to drill a well pursuant to any offset drilling obligations with respect to the Assets or any obligation to pay compensatory royalties resulting from any offset drilling obligations.

To the knowledge of the Vendor, and except as set forth in Schedule "H", it has not received any notice from or on behalf of, any lessor that a Lease is subject to an offset obligation, including an unsatisfied obligation to drill a well or surrender rights or an obligation to pay compensatory royalties, nor is the Vendor aware or any such existing obligation;
Offset Obligations. Except as specified in Part 4 of Schedule "A", Vendor and its Related Parties have not received any notice from a Third Party respecting offset obligations respecting the Assets, including any unsatisfied obligation to drill a well or surrender rights or an obligation to pay compensatory royalties, other than such obligations that have been satisfied (by means other than by the payment of compensatory royalties) or have been permanently waived;
